The password is: Br!an2024 Please feel free to use the Smart TV. It is set up with some French channels. It can also be used with your favourite streaming platforms. If the app isn’t on screen then please downloaded if it is available in the app search If you’re signing in with you own account don’t forget to log out before you leave. There is a portable aircon unit available. Please vent this through the open window, with the shutters partially closed for best results. Also ensure nothing is blocking the air inlet panels on the aircon unit. Don’t forget to press the down arrow to set the cool temperature you desire. In the bedrooms there are floor standing fans. At night time, if it’s been a warm day, it’s advisable to open the windows and shutters (which have safety catches) to cool your bedroom. Before retiring close the shutters if you wish. The kitchen is fully equipped. Please clean everything thoroughly that you use. Dishwasher tablets are in the cupboard under the sink. The hob is gas. The bottled gas is in the cupboard to the left of the oven. If it doesn’t work press the nipple on the regulator and hold for a few seconds. Following which the hob rings should ignite. Please dispose of your recycling at the bins opposite the Town Hall 300 metres away. Non recyclable and food waste place in a black bin and leave in the kitchen. Please do not put recycling in this bag, the Frech are very strict and impose fines! Bags are in the kitchen drawers. Hot water is constant but limited in volume. Therefore, it may take a short while to heat up. If there are any breakages or damage please let me know what. You will be expected to pay for these. No breakage or damage deposit has been charged for your stay therefore we trust you to be honest. If not, future guests will be charged a deposit. Please leave the property as you found it, clean and tidy. You have not been charged a cleaning fee, however if the property is left in a mess, then future guests will be charged a cleaning fee.
