Pease refer to the online booking agents own policy if used. E.G Airbnb, VRBO, booking.com etc.

Direct bookings Full refund if cancelled more than 14 days before check in date. If less than 14 days refunds will be offered if the dates are booked, partial refund for the days booked if less than the original booking time period. No refund offered if no bookings for the dates originally booked.
